The apartment is nice and clean and handing over the keys was very straightforward. Unfortunately, I missed a few small things. It said on the bill that you could bring your own bedding and towels or book them separately, so far so good. However, there was no hand soap, washing-up liquid, dish towels, dishwashing sponges etc. or garbage bags, even though the basic cleaning was supposed to be done by the tenant.

We had enough space for 4 people. Balcony a bit small

The apartment and the location are completely adequate.

The dog hair of the previous tenants could still be found everywhere. A description of the microwave and details of the television programs were missing. Would have been very helpful.

Nice apartment in a quiet location. In 10 minutes you can walk to the beach and in the center of Duhnen.

We didn't like the small kitchen without an oven, the 80s furnishings in the living room and, above all, the very hard mattresses on the beds. The balcony is also very small and suitable for two people at most.

The apartment has a 'charm' of the 80s. A renovation is urgently needed, especially in the bathroom and sleeping area. The dirty balcony is about two and a half square meters, there were two tables and cigarette butts to be found. Unfortunately the balcony could not be used. There was still hair and crumbs on the mattresses, cobwebs in many corners and dirty drawers with cutlery. When we asked on the first day to remove the worst of the dirt, we received no answer.

The offered apartment was equipped satisfactorily overall. There was ONE outlet in the kitchen, so use either the coffee maker or the toaster! In order to use an Internet connection, you had to be close to the router, i.e. in the basement. From the 1st floor there was no more WiFi. Very annoying.
