The accommodation was superficially clean when we arrived, but the cutlery and kettle had to be cleaned thoroughly first. There was no cleaning product, washing-up liquid or cleaning cloths or rags for washing up. The broom was available, but it was very old and dirty. The balcony was very dirty. Toilet paper was provided for one day. The games room was very dirty and run down. The owner was very nice. All in all, it was a lovely, relaxing week.

The holiday complex would basically be very good, but cleanliness and the only adequate repair condition spoil the overall impression. A little more love for this plant would be very desirable.

The apartment was okay. The double bed creaked extremely and is too short for an almost 2m tall person. (But I already know that) The small kitchen is getting a bit old and needs repairs here and there. (Loose front of the drawer) Otherwise, the apartment is recommended. Clean, tidy, cozy and well suited for 2 adults and 2 children.

Already quite worn and with numerous defects

The apartment is in need of renovation, the beds are totally through and the kitchen has seen better days. The equipment in the kitchen is no longer up to date.

The Vinnenhuis is a very nice, small and nicely furnished non-smoking apartment. Divided into 3ZKB with a small balcony. It is very easy to walk to town and to the beach. The apartment is in a nice and quiet corner of Duhnen. My girlfriend and I felt very comfortable there for a long weekend.

The apartment was okay, but the cleanliness in general could have been better. However, we were glad to have gotten a holiday apartment at all, since a lot was already fully booked. However, what was impossible in my opinion is the fact that the towels and bed linen that had been booked as well as the spa cards were only brought late on the day of arrival (around 6 p.m. in the evening) and only after two telephone requests!

The kitchen was very outdated and needs updating.

a nice holiday place, simply dependent on the time, since very, very many seniors spend their holidays there. Premises/accommodation is as described, the crockery should be replaced, risk of injury

A clean and tidy accommodation with all necessary facilities. Nice view and very close to Ahoy Bad and beach. Unfortunately no dishwasher and partially chipped crockery. Tea towels are not included in the towel package, that would need to be changed. The WiFi does not work equally well everywhere. But we were very happy.

Equipment with crockery and cutlery very little, microwave didn't work and was not fixed despite request in the week. Otherwise comfortably furnished apartment. Cleanliness ok Only the kitchen area was not so ok

We were very happy with everything. Everything was nice and clean and comfortably furnished. We would definitely come again.

Living room well renovated bedroom and children's room reasonably ok. Mattress protectors need to be washed. Doors yellowed need to be painted kitchen old bathroom very shabby toilet brush in need of renewal final cleaning was done by 3 ladies in 20 minutes when we arrived 3 x 20 minutes = 1 hour final cleaning for an apartment ?????????

We were in Cuxhaven - Duhnen last weekend and stayed in this small charming accommodation. The apartment is very quiet and yet central. In just 5 minutes you were on the promenade. And since we were there with a dog, it was extremely practical, since the field and a grove were right in front of the door. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation. She was clean and comfortable. And we'd love to come back again.

Beautifully located apartment, unfortunately in winter the apartment was much too cold. The furniture was in the early 1980s.
