The accommodation itself was nice, if you overlook a few things. Everything was clean inside, but the balcony furniture was very dirty. An umbrella would have been nice too. No air conditioning and our apartment was above the sauna. A disaster towards the sea. Old iron rods stick out of the ground and broken glass everywhere. Unfortunately, there are no flowers outside either. What was nice was the indoor and outdoor pool, the sauna area. There is a restaurant and bar. Quite expensive.

All in all we liked it very much, the location, the friendly staff, the apartment (top facilities) and the pool/sauna area. We'd love to come back!

Great apartment with a beautiful view. Equipment of high quality except for the bed, it could be a bit bigger and unfortunately without slatted frame (only a wooden base) so very hard. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about ☺️

The accommodation is on the seafront, has lifts and swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Furnishings are very modern and new. Only the beds and pillows have protective covers. Ideal for self-catering, since an Edeka is close and within walking distance. Parking must be booked as public parking spaces are not nearby. At least we didn't see any.

What would also be nice: a faucet in the bathroom that is high enough for women to wash their hair underneath. I had to use the sink in the kitchen as I don't like shower heads for washing my hair and there was no other faucet of the same height in the bathroom or toilet.

The apartment was modern, clean and all in all suitable to feel good. The view of the dunes was great. The nearby beach is also beautiful. The swimming pool and sauna and the Bavarian restaurant are highly recommended.

The accommodation is really very nice and also the combination with the great swimming pool. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk are generally rather unfriendly. The organization on the subject of Corona, for example the entrance to the swimming pool, could be greatly improved. We didn't get in several times, even though we put ourselves on the list. On some days the sauna area could only be used to a very limited extent on other days.

Completely met expectations!!! The area still has development potential and is a bit out of the way, but it didn't bother us. Binz is quickly reached by bike or bus. The food in the restaurant was also very good. The service is super friendly and uncomplicated.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard, but some small things are missing in the kitchen, such as a sieve. Everything was very clean.

Very neat apartment in a beautiful resort. Nothing but praise for the furnishing, the equipment, the beauty and especially the space. The apartment looks smaller in the pictures so we were very impressed with how spacious it was. The whole resort complex is also beautiful. The outdoor and indoor pool are certainly a plus. And the location near the sea is of course great. Rügen was also a very nice destination. Recommended!

The staff, especially at the front desk was very unfriendly. A signposted description of the way was not available and could not be found despite navigation. The facility is nice and clean, but everything inside is dirty and ugly, lots of rubble.

Holiday September 2020 in Mariandl, FATASTISCH. Super chic, comfortable, elegantly furnished. An oasis of calm and relaxation everything is very clean just great you don't find that often. Staff super friendly. A stone's throw to the kilometer-wide beach. View of a green oasis, what more could you want. Surroundings great, small bistros, large supermarket nearby, everything is nicely laid out. It's amazing what the old buildings have been made, great work surely again.

Good location, themed furnishings, a touch of history, development potential at the location, great kitchen, not enough parking spaces when fully occupied. All in all we were very satisfied.
