We found the apartments neat and clean. Everything you needed was there. Only the bathroom (especially the fish area and some spots on the walls) could use an update. We felt comfortable.

Very nice, well equipped apartment. There is currently even a view of the water from the terrace because a building towards the harbor was torn away. Fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, stove, refrigerator. Comfortable beds, tumble dryer available. Only the underground car park requires driving skills.

The apartment was not in a clean condition. Laundry was wet in the washing machine, dishes such as cups, glasses, etc. were unclean.
