Great apartment in a great location

Overall a very nice place to stay. I would have liked a tea towel and the 2-3 small stains on the headboard of the bathtub bothered me a bit, but otherwise great.

Large spacious accommodation with two terraces. Clean and attractively furnished... Near the beach with a parking lot right next to the accommodation... The only thing that could be improved is the laundry package... Colorfully thrown together bed and toweling products give the impression that they were discarded at home, especially since almost all of them the zippers were broken... Despite everything, we felt very comfortable

The positive thing about the fewo is that it is nice and big and has a large balcony. But it's time to fix it again, the faucet in the kitchen is so calcified that it sprays in all directions, the shower head looks the same and the suspension for it is broken. The drain in the bathtub is clogged. And it would be advisable to put fly screens on at least a few windows, then dead mosquitoes wouldn't stick to all the walls.

Bathroom and kitchen are getting old. Must be improved or equipment!

A beautiful holiday apartment It is noisy on the balcony due to the location on the main road. The sink in the bathroom is a bit small, you can only connect 2 devices to the WiFi, otherwise you can't complain.

It was a very nice vacation. The apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. It fully corresponds to how it was advertised on the Internet. I have already recommended this apartment to others and will definitely go there again myself. Dear owners keep it up.

No blinds in the bedroom, rusty tub, outdated kitchen utensils, old living room sofa, cracks in joints and walls, balcony not really clean and noisy on the street. Bedroom old spring mattresses. Should be completely renovated.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired this time, toaster was broken. Complained about both to the somewhat harsh property manager when she was there on the third day to collect the final cleaning fee. It has not been improved. Upholstery greasy, chair cushions flecking, faucet sink and shower head calcified. No hot water for several days in the morning. Heating made loud noises at night. WLAN only worked sporadically, was even deactivated after a week and had to be activated again. Recently, the toilet flush was broken, so we had to turn off the main tap. After all these years of holidaying at the Strandresidenz we are a bit disappointed.

The apartment is pretty spacious. The furniture and kitchen equipment looks very worn and is not particularly clean. Black mold has spread in the silicone in the shower and especially on the edge of the bathtub. All of this should be overhauled at some point.
