Sainte Croix Apartment 2 Bauduen, Provence-Alps-French Riviera

Beautiful house with several apartments, ours with a large terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment was very clean, pleasant to live in, well equipped. A perfect base for visiting the Gorges and the picturesque Provençal villages. Very good welcome and advice from the owner.

Negative: The double bed is on the small side. 1m90 and you can't stretch your legs. It is also equipped for 6 people but to install the sofa bed you have to put the table and chairs aside each time. Fortunately there were only 4. The traffic on the other side of the slope does resound strongly through the asphalt. Luckily it wasn't too busy. Positive: spacious terrace, beautiful view of the lake and setting sun if you sit on the right side. Very quiet street.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment on the side towards the lake. Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment decorated in a traditional French style. Stunning views over the Lac de Sainte-Croix - breath-taking sunsets. Our hosts based nearby at the Domaine du Majastre were incredibly helpful. They received some Amazon packages for us, and were even willing to let me use their own Wi-Fi for an important work video call. (The apartment's wi-fi is ok for email, but too slow for video.)

Ideal rental with a magnificent view of the lake of Sainte Croix. Very well located for visiting the Gorges du Verdon and the surrounding area.

We were in this accommodation for the third time and it is always nice. Everything is tastefully decorated and the view of the lake is indescribable. The kitchen includes everything you need on vacation. Our three dogs enjoyed the large garden and the apartment was easy to clean. The access road is steep, not suitable for lowered cars.

The apartment is great, everything is very nice and well-kept, price/performance really good, therefore recommendable, but: negative: WLAN hardly worked at all, and since the Internet can hardly be reached via the flat there, a businessman should come here It is imperative not to book if the children are between the ages of 12 and 18, not recommended at all. The homeowner needs to make some improvements here! The first 2 days we didn't have hot water - however, the administrators tried very hard - and the repairs were carried out as quickly as possible.
