Laurier Apartment 4 Bauduen, Provence-Alps-French Riviera

Very big disappointment. The garden table is all rusty and there was nothing to cover it, we had to buy a tablecloth, no salad servers, corkscrew, bottle openers. We bought everything again. There are no windows, it is dark in the apartment even during the day. It is under the roof, it is very hot. To ventilate we only have the front door but not very possible because a lot of flies come in. A mosquito net would solve the problem. We do not recommend this cottage.

A door window without a key (impossible to have them) acts as an entrance, the large shutter serves as a closure, dark accommodation, two skylights only in the bedrooms, reduced crockery, absence of many utensils. Swimming pool with few deckchairs given the number of residents. Pretty landscapes, but very busy and noisy road nearby and military camp bordering the property (Helicopters in exercise at the beginning of September). About thirty very noisy truffle dogs. The apartment and especially the terrace were quite dark due to the north orientation. The constant barking of dogs was annoying. The pool was meant to be more of a nice setting for the restaurant patrons and didn't feel like it was being used casually. The toilet didn't flush properly and it happened several times that there was no water in the apartment for a long time. The complex itself was very nice and was very well maintained and kept clean.
