Very nice landlord. He is very concerned about the well-being of his tenants. The only minor drawback is the lack of a small lawn. There is a terrace, but it was shady when we visited.

Great location, friendly owners, clean, functional apartment, close to the lake. The fan was not a bad thing, however, the accommodation naturally takes the heat. It would be perfect with air conditioning, even if it means adjusting the price accordingly.
