Apartment number 42 is very poorly maintained despite good cleaning. The exterior surroundings are not maintained. The dishes are worn, the tablecloth is worn and has holes in it, and the pots and pans are burnt. There is no washing machine or dryer, contrary to the description. There are no coat hooks in the bathrooms. The bathroom lighting is not compliant with NFC 15100. The welcome booklet contains incorrect/misleading information. The facade, balcony/railings, and front door are very dirty.

We had a great holiday. The house was ok however, when you arrive everything seems superficially clean but when you are in the house for a few days you see how much is really dirty. Hair in the holes, lots of dust, dirty toaster, not working freezer. At the beginning they make you sign for the fit that everything is in order, that seems to be the case but this is certainly not the case. Also the house is not exactly neatly maintained really a bit shabby.

All the furniture is scratched by the sun. The sofa is unsanitary, all stained, covered with a bedspread to hide the misery. The pillows are very dirty. And the cleaning was very average. We must change all the furniture in this unworthy house for a vacation rental.
