The apartment is perfect. Using the pool is great. The landlords are very nice!

We had a pleasant stay in this modern apartment located above the owners' house, especially with the very pleasant swimming pool (accessible until 7 p.m.). The equipment is very good, with the addition of a quiet fan in case of strong heat and a more solid parasol. The owners are very friendly and pleasant. The location in a quiet area, 20 minutes' walk from the beach (via the green path)

The apartment completely meets your expectations. Plenty of comfort, a lovely pool, and shops nearby. The owner, PL, guarantees a wonderful holiday.

Apartment is modern, bright, spacious and we'll located within walking distance of the beach. The swimming pool was a hit with our two boys and we enjoyed having dinner on the terrace in the evening. The property and grounds are very well maintained by the owners who were very friendly and clearly put in a lot of effort to make sure everyone has a great holiday!

We had 2 nice weeks. We were more than satisfied with the apartment, the weather and the entire environment. The apartment matched the description and was very clean. We had nothing to complain about. Landlord very friendly. Did the entire Vendee coast by bike. Gorgeous bike paths. We were also pleasantly surprised by St. Gilles Croix de Vie. We can recommend the apartment without any problems.

Everything okay, friendly landlord

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and we really liked it. The apartment has a good layout and is modernly equipped. The small kitchen has a ceramic hob and a dishwasher and is equipped with the essentials. They don't cook a 3-course meal there. For us it was ok. The kids had a lot of fun in the spacious and heated pool. The garden is very well maintained. When we had a problem with the shutters, the very friendly landlord helped us on the same day.

Very nice and well maintained property, exactly as described and the pictures show it. The apartment is very clean and tip top! The location is very quiet, you can reach the city in 2 minutes by car and the beach in 5 minutes. The supermarket is also only a maximum of 2 kilometers away.
