Beautiful grounds and pool. But urgently basic cleaning of the apartment required. cobwebs on the ceiling. Windows very dirty. Dishes partially unclean. Bathtub faucet defective.

Aging residence that would need some refreshing work, entirely pedestrianized, very quiet, nicely planted with trees, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, smiling and friendly staff, large, well-appointed and functional accommodation, clean on our arrival, but also some downsides: average wifi reception (paying), a blackout curtain at the glass front door would be a plus, a parasol for the terrace is missing. 2 km from Sauveterre beach. Fair price for September. We had a pleasant stay.

Our rental was good but in the residence, it is pitch dark at night because all the street lamps available to us were broken (from the car park to the back of the residence). Too bad because in February it gets dark early.
