The fantastic view of some of the apartments is the sea view as well as the overall proximity to the sea. Ideal for surfing. The location on the outskirts of the dunes is also very positive. The small street and the parking lot opposite, which is also rather small, are hardly disturbing, at least in the off-season. So overall a very good location. The paper mill is of course a limitation. This actually smells very unpleasant and this odor nuisance also occurs about every second day. A disadvantage of the apartments facing the sea is that the facade is not fully able to withstand a storm. So it stormed through the covers of the roller shutter boxes and a lot of dirt was blown into the apartment. During a storm you can hardly sleep in the living room because of the noise and the draft. One should only provide the bedrooms for overnight stays. The apartment itself is relatively newly furnished, but the building itself is in need of renovation. For example, the doors in the bathroom are partially swollen and there is an elderly youth hostel atmosphere in the stairwell. At the low season price absolutely ok for HS prices but poor.

Highly recommended at Pentecost, as it is inexpensive and not so crowded. And also no extreme heat. Apartment with a sea view is fantastic. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired this time, a lot of sand in the apartment and a lot of animal hair.
