Location, comfort, facilities, city and beach proximity very good

As always everything OK

The location of the accommodation is great. The equipment is not very loving, more functional, but everything is there. The cutlery, except for the knives, is tinny.

Our vacation week was unbeatable. Clean house, with all the comforts (coffee maker, toaster, oven, crockery, iron, drying rack...). The shower water is always hot and ready. Excellent location, 5 minutes from the beach and the shopping and restaurant area. A bakery around the corner, private parking (although we always find it full) but easy to park outside the house. The beds are very comfortable and the terraces are separated from the rest by large hedges.

Pretty little terraced house, spacious enough not to be on top of each other. Well located beach and small shops nearby so we did not use the car. The rental corresponds to the description. Great to have been able to take my dog with us while being in a good rental, the small downside no small barrier even removable placed at the end of the terrace so that the dog can be free with the door open. The staff is top notch and responsive. The rentals were clean.

Everything is fine as always, have been going to this resort for 29 years and to this small townhouse for the past 12 years.

Nice and quiet house. Nothing to complain about except on the renewal of certain objects (shovel of the split brush, roller of the drying rack broken and rusty, chair which was dislocated). We were unable to connect to the internet. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a very good stay. Only downside, no washing machine and no laundry nearby.

I've been coming to Mimizan for 28 years. Value for money is very good for this standard.

Quiet accommodation near the beach and the tourist streets of Mimizan Plage. With two bedrooms, ideal for 3 or 4 people. Slightly aging garden chairs and unpleasant occasional smell outside in the morning from the plastic factory in the region, but nothing unacceptable.

Hello very well placed and quiet but the cleaning had not been done before our arrival so very very unfortunate.

Falta material bàsic, paper wc (ens van donar 1 rotllo x 3 persones, 5 dies) : ni una bossa escombraries. Paper cuina.....
