The house is old and could do with a good refresh. The promiscuity with the neighbors would not be a problem if people were respectful. The location is ideal. House sufficient for a family vacation.

Very good vacation rental, and very well located

House very well located, close to the city center and the sea. Only downside there is no washing machine.

The walls are so thick that we lived 4 days with our neighbours... impossible to rest and sleep before 2 am... Thick quilts like cigarette paper. Not to mention the water leaks in the bathroom and the ants. Stay in mid May, beginning of the season, it must be even worse in summer.

The location is really good, but you might have to invest again. 80's charm.

Housing very well located close to the beaches and the shops and restaurants of Mimizan plage. No privacy vis-à-vis the neighbors, which resulted in us not sleeping very well there. Basic equipment, no dishwasher, no washing machine. Don't be fooled by the Interhome guide, which shows you parking spaces that aren't parking spaces and that have earned us fines! It then becomes very difficult to park in this very busy area... Welcome from Interhome.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the description and our expectations. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace separated by hedges. Any time!
