A small note: The apartment has an underground parking space, not an outdoor parking space, as stated in our confirmation. However, due to the market, whose exhibitors are located right outside the front door, you cannot leave the garage on Wednesdays and Sundays. This isn't mentioned in your apartment description, nor is it mentioned on-site. You'll have to find another parking space – which can be difficult during peak holiday season. One drawback for us was that the microwave can't replace the oven.

Nice and well appointed apartment, too bad it is not possible to make an eclectic plancha on the balcony. Be careful with the aging seats on the balcony. Exposure to the sun until 12:00. Otherwise very good.
