Furnishings and condition of the shared apartment: new, beds very good. Central, a few minutes to the village, the beach and shops. Parking in front of the house. Very few kitchen utensils, knives that don't cut, pans scratched, baking tray dirty, balcony dusty. Right on a busy street. Mosquito nets would be necessary in this shared apartment.

Location between the old town and beach life is perfect. A bit noisy because of the street.

The apartment is very nice, well located 5 minutes walk from the town center and 1km from. The sea. Very clean (apart from the windows of the room and the bay window which have not been cleaned with the sun it is even worse). The decor is simple but everything you need to feel at home. The lockable bicycle storage room was very useful to us. Communication with the Carnac agency was excellent, very friendly person. A microwave and a vacuum cleaner would be a plus.

A very nice apartment nicely decorated and furnished. A large fridge and freezer, an oven on top and a washing machine, perfect. Can be provide a vacuum cleaner in the housing. Quality materials and very good location in the center of the town of Carnac. We will come back with great pleasure.
