the cleaning was random dust in the rooms, bed covers with dust and hair, some dirty glasses, poorly washed kitchen utensils .... this house needs a real refreshment to accommodate vacationers. perfect location what a shame! bathroom redone but smell of sewer very strong

We were there with our adult sons. The proximity to the beaches is ideal, the large sun terrace is wonderful. The furniture is a bit old, especially the kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are new.

Very old and unclean crockery and cutlery. No dishwasher and the coffee maker, oven and microwave wait unusable, completely dirty. Had to clean first to feel comfortable. Otherwise a very nicely located house with a beautiful terrace.

Light switch was broken, loose contact in lamps, bed made noise when turning over, so that everyone was awake

The house was fine. It is an older house, but the toilet and bathroom have recently been refurbished. That looks great, but the shower drain was clearly not designed for so much water... The beds were hard. I think they were fine for those who like them (we like the soft mattresses ..) Everything was there except peelers and decent coffee cups. The key handover was clear and friendly. The information provided in the folder that we received was good, what we did not know (what to do with the waste from after the garbage collection day) we did to the best of our knowledge and reported this when returning the key and that was completely fine. As mentioned, the shower water did not drain properly. As soon as we called about it, someone came within 1½ hours to fix it (and bring us new towels because we should have used them for the hallway). The location is fantastic, indeed about 200 meters from the beach! Ideal for a stroll to the beach in the evening. This beach is not that big, we thought it was ideal, but there are larger beaches close by. It really felt like a holiday village. And in September in Carnac, that means it's pretty much extinct. (we thought we were delicious, but you have to love that). Farther into the center of Carnac, however, there was still plenty of life.
