The electrical standards need to be reviewed!!! Despite a new hot water tank, it did not work for half of the stay!! A shutter is malfunctioning. This apartment would need a refresh and a certain electrical standard!!!

The apartment is nice even if the parents' bedroom and the kitchen area are quite small. The living room upstairs and the large room downstairs are large and comfortable. The apartment has been refreshed (painting), there are still a few small details to redo but the whole is nice and bright. It is well located, 300m walk from the supermarket and the beaches (3 to choose from). 1.5km walk from the center of Carnac beach. A large market in Carnac town and lots of megaliths to admire! Very good stay!

few power outlets, electrical wires along the walls to power the kitchen and upstairs, no internet and very poor network coverage. A nice lounge area but a stained sofa no opening in the bathroom and toilets, 2 very cramped rooms the ventilation motor which runs constantly just above the bedroom with double beds Good for short holidays

I find that the apartment is well proportioned. It is very well equipped. The only slightly negative note is that it is a bit old and deserves to be refreshed

Lovely little apartment, with a nice balcony facing the sun all day. Stayed there with my 2 kids. We absolutely loved it

small apartment for 4 people the living room upstairs????? with wooden staircase too steep for elderly people bedroom 1 much much much too small the board above the bed???? we are not talking about ATROCE WC Bathroom no light 1 4w bulb to light this room and finally reported to the agency (the day of the AR) the closing of the bay impossible to close from the inside

It's a great rental for a couple with 2 children, near the sea and supermarket, correct bedding but in the parents' bedroom there is a small shelf that has no place next to the bed and it is very dangerous.

Very nice apartment, mezzanine with much appreciated sofa. An internet connection would have been welcome, as well as salt, pepper and olive oil for a "minimum subsistence".

A very pleasant rental, for two children and two adults, with everything necessary to enjoy the accommodation. Very clean place and a very pleasant mezzanine living space.

Apartment very well located, close to shops and beautiful beaches. Rooms and bathroom a bit small, but the upstairs seating area with sofa and large TV was much appreciated. Internet access a bit laborious despite the Box. Excellent agency service. Everything is there to have a great family stay.
