Ideally located rental, fairly well equipped. Unpleasant odors in the bathroom with toilet. Lack of a suitable parasol on the balcony to protect from the sun. Very convenient parking. Dangerous shards of glass on the floor of the balcony and the apartment

We have been renting this apartment for 2 years, and since our first rental, we have been facing unbearable bad smell problems in the bathroom. We thought that for this year, the problem would be solved. It is nothing. This very strong inconvenience has not been resolved and has greatly increased. We had to buy products, without effects and not reimbursed to date. This problem is really very damaging as the apartment is correct and very well located.

Hello, so you have to change the divan bed (the slats break when you turn around while sleeping, because they are too old) The entrance cleaning was not great. Suggestion: charge 50.- extra to clean and dust it. Use a professional vacuum cleaner, not that of the apartment.
