Les Marais Apartment 2

The apartment is getting old, the plaster is crumbling from the walls, the water pipes are rusting, there is old metal cutlery that no longer looks nice, some of the patio furniture/garden furniture is already brittle. The pictures of the garden in the advert suggest that the garden is right next to the house, but you have to walk a bit to the garden over a hot tar surface, which is not pleasant for the dog. As soon as it gets dark, the outside lighting is missing, it is pitch black. A complete de-lighting.

We were disappointed that the bathroom and toilet are about 40 years old and looked accordingly. There were mold stains in the shower and the shower pan had a rust hole. The water then ran through this, which then dripped from the ceiling of our neighbors below us. In our apartment, the water dripped from the ceiling in the children's room one day. 3 days of craftsmen in the apartment... there is no WIFI, we were given it as a mobile hotspot after 2 days... no recommendation despite the good location!
