Overall, this apartment is very nice and offers plenty of comfort. All possible kitchen utensils and other household items are provided, including dish soap and rags. Keys are handed over via a key safe. The mattresses in the bedroom were firm and barely used. The location is quiet. Negative: The apartment was only superficially cleaned; there was dirt and cobwebs in every corner and radiator, mold in the bathroom, mildew stains in the bedroom, a musty smell, and damp.

We had nothing but problems. Of the 3 locks on the front door, only one closed! We had trouble getting in. Blocked sink. My husband had to intervene. Broken toilet, a technician intervened. Broken deck chair and outdoor table. Cleaning done on arrival, cobwebs and behind the bathroom door, thick layer of dust. Unpleasant smell in the apartment (the old one).

Apartment in a quiet location. Exactly right for us. Furnished appropriately. Bathroom, toilet and bedroom in good condition, kitchen and living room cupboard in need of renovation. As an older couple we went to eat every day. The kitchen would be unsuitable for cooking because there was no worktop. Cupboard doors kitchen and living room not in good condition.
