We had nothing but problems. Of the 3 locks on the front door, only one closed! We had trouble getting in. Blocked sink. My husband had to intervene. Broken toilet, a technician intervened. Broken deck chair and outdoor table. Cleaning done on arrival, cobwebs and behind the bathroom door, thick layer of dust. Unpleasant smell in the apartment (the old one).

Apartment in a quiet location. Exactly right for us. Furnished appropriately. Bathroom, toilet and bedroom in good condition, kitchen and living room cupboard in need of renovation. As an older couple we went to eat every day. The kitchen would be unsuitable for cooking because there was no worktop. Cupboard doors kitchen and living room not in good condition.

A wind tunnel noise in the apartment 24 hours a day! Mouse trap boxes in the kitchen, not great!!! But apart from that, this apartment is well located near the beaches, the Super U

This rental is very well located because you can walk to the beach. In calm residence. Very pleasant. Just the cleaning to review and a little paint to give in the dining room.
