A little aging (kitchen, bedding) but very pleasant, very well laid out and very well located. Be careful however: even having rented the wifi box, the wifi does not pass in all the rooms.

The apartment is well located. Possibility of walking access to 2 beaches and a supermarket. The decoration of the apartment is acceptable but the furniture and the floor of the kitchen leave something to be desired. The boiler takes up a lot of space and makes a lot of noise (the VMC too): difficult to sleep. The garden is pleasant and well oriented. Congratulations to the Carnac interhome team for their responsiveness. Our requests were met beyond what we could have hoped for.

Very well equipped, almost overloaded. Bathroom newly renovated, kitchen worn. Annoying loud gas boiler, starts loudly every 3 minutes, even all night. Large terrace furnished. Parking in front of the house. Supermarket very close. Beaches within walking distance. Quiet location. Processing via Interhome very well.

Small, dirty, uneven floors (steps), bad beds, etc. Advantage of a garden instead of a balcony but therefore very residential idea.

Positive: nice living room, well-equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom, a good mattress, a garden area well protected from the street. Negative: blind living room unusable, the doors of the wardrobe in the bedroom do not close, the same as the entrance cupboard, the boiler starts up every 3 minutes, 2 breakdowns in 15 days! , 1 HS bathroom lamps, very dilapidated blankets, 1 rotten ironing board, shabby pillows, bad bedroom shutters: the light passes, the carpet is questionable. Bed too low, ditto toilets: not practical for seniors. Between the entrance and the living room 2 steps: dangerous for children.
