The house needs urgent renovation, there is dirt, dust, mold everywhere, the wallpaper is coming off, it smells strongly of mold and a damp basement. We vacated the house as quickly as possible

Very good location. No private parking space (in summer it must be difficult to find a space) Musty smell that permeates clothes, sheets... Clean and functional condition Redo the electricity which is probably no longer up to the required safety standards
