Very pleasant, well-equipped and very clean rental - dead-end, quiet location - reserved space for parking the car - garden adjoining the apartment very nice, allowing children to play safely - possibility of putting your bikes away. Sea nearby, shops too - we spend the week by bike for all our leisure trips, everything is done very well. Very satisfied with the property, our stay and the simple and practical rental service.

Good location because quiet and close to the beach (600 m on foot), clean but this apartment-house needs to be modernized, it's a bit back in the 70s, it's veillot!!!! Bathroom to review: pedestal sink, shower, but no storage cupboard. Kitchen to review, lack of utensils, for example no coffee cup !!! Too bad, I won't be going back.

it is good to point out that the Internet does not work in this apartment for lack of speed because the house is located at the end of the line. What was also not reported is that there is a very small exterior with a table and something but not attached to the house it is located about 50 meters away which does not make things practical Decent clean apartment otherwise access can be difficult because it is a prohibited direction in a dead end...

It was specified garden of 8 m2. In fact it was an open space which was accessed by crossing the courtyard of the owners with dogs kept on a leash at their request. In this space, dogs also had to be kept on a leash. So imagine a space with table chairs and a leash in each hand to have lunch or read without any privacy since almost under the window of these same owners

Apartment is well equipped and pleasant, it is worth noting that the outside seating area is not by the apartment but across the yard, no shops are within walking distance and the apartment is quite dark.

Unfortunately, everything is quite cramped here, the space in the eat-in kitchen is tight. The musty smell in the eat-in kitchen was annoying, and the view from the living room window was anything but nice. The non-functioning WLAN was quickly replaced by a UMTS router, which also struggled. The older residents were sympathetically friendly, the younger ones unfortunately gave a cool, distant impression. There is still a lot going on in the living room when it comes to lamp lighting and a feel-good factor!
