The cottage has recently been refurbished throughout, and all new appliances have been fitted to ensure your comfort. It features two king-size double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and two upstairs bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower), as well as a ground floor cloakroom. Heating and electricity are included in the rental price, and bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

Two Lower Spire Cottage is perfectly located for exploring the wonders of Exmoor National Park. Step out of the cottage and straight into the park, where you can explore the River Barle and the Neolithic monument of Tarr Steps. The award-winning Tarr Farm restaurant is also located nearby, offering a fantastic dining experience. The cottage is also pet-friendly, and two dogs are welcome for a supplement of £20 per dog. Check-in time is from 4 pm, and check-out time is by 10 am. Two Lower Spire Cottage is semi-detached, and next door is One Lower Spire Cottage, which is also available for rental as holiday accommodation. Together, the cottages can accommodate up to 11 guests in six bedrooms, making it perfect for larger groups.

On the ground floor:

On the first floor:
Bedroom one has a king-sized bed and dual aspect views across the Liscombe valley

Bedroom two also has a king sized bed, plus panoramic views to the moor
Bathroom two (is off Bedroom 2) contains toilet, hand basin basin and a bath.
The third bedroom has twin beds.

There are four bedrooms in total (two king-size beds, one twin bedroom, and one single) and this property sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
