Maywood consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for five guests, a utility/cloakroom with washing machine, a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire and a snug with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin and single, all with Smart TVs and serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars is available. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub and within 2.2 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. This property will accept one well behaved dog only - please call us if you need to add a pet after your booking. Maywood is a stunning base for your next Northumberland retreat.

A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, not to be missed. The Northumberland Coast Path offers stunning walking and hiking opportunities where you can soak in the scenic coastal trails with breath-taking views, whilst the nearby Seahouses Golf Club offers a wonderful spot to practice your swing or play a round or two amidst the coastal backdrop. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick, well-known for its appearances in the much-loved Harry Potter films, to mention just a few. With fishing, birdwatching, and boating opportunities on offer, in addition to the Grace Darling Museum, and market towns of Berwick-upon-Tweed and Morpeth within reach, you'll have plenty to fill your stay!
