This is my 10th visit to hobsons cottage so i guess thats some indication as to how much i like it.. a very clean and cosy little cottage set in peaceful surroundings where tranquility is the order of the day. very good facilities for relaxing both inside and outside of the cottage with the addition of wifi for those who require it. reeth is a wonderful area for walking and many beautiful walks can be accessed straight from the front door. with 3 pubs to choose from, a welcome pint at the end a day enjoying the countryside is an absolute must!! i highly recommend hobsons cottage and expect to return at some point in the future.

Hard to get in and out of bunk beds (only a very small gap between the beds and the wall) but I believe after this year you are putting in a single bed which will make the room much better has maybe then there could be a bedside table and a lamp

As advertised steep stairs in cottage.. Access to garden area is via front door. View from upstairs window would be hard to beat. Already booked for another visit.

Have had a lovely holiday in a nice cottage.. Altough it was a bit cramped for four adults. But luckily the westher was very nice. We spent a lot of time outside. The bunkbeds are too small for an adult, but we managed. Overall no regrets!
