The village of Osmotherley is a pretty village, boasting three pubs, all of which are within walking distance of the cottage. The village is also the starting point for the picturesque Lyke Wake Walk, a 40 mile walk across the moors to the coastal village of Ravenscar, making it a great choice for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits.
