A large dining table creates the ideal space for family and friends to socialise, with wonderful double doors opening up to outside, flooding the room with light. On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a study area where you can relax and read a book or, for the workaholics among us, catch up on some emails. A final flight of stairs leads to the second floor double bedroom with views over York from the Velux windows and low, sloping ceilings. Externally, the cottage enjoys a private walled courtyard with a seating area and charcoal BBQ. It is the ideal space to relax in the summer and enjoy a glass of wine al fresco. A parking permit is provided for on street parking for one car.
