There is a highchair available and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Please note that this property does not have a garden, and though the stairs have handrails they may be considered as steep. Monteva is a well-presented holiday home in a convenient location.

Visit the harbour and lighthouse to watch the sun set, or go whale watching or on a coastal cruise. Climb the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey to immerse yourself in history, or visit the Captain Cook Memorial Museum. Whitby, next to Robin Hood's Bay, rich in tradition, wonders, and picturesque sites, is a good location for discovering Yorkshire's charms.
