Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: French windows leading out into the garden. Luxury corner sofa with footstool, side tables with lamps and Smart TV. Dining area has a table with four chairs. The kitchen area incorporates an electric oven with gas hob and hood over, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. 

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside tables with lamps, large mirrored wardrobe, occasional chair and a TV.
En-suite: Bath, washbasin with lighted mirror above, toilet.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside cabinet, built in wardrobes.
En-suite: Corner shower, washbasin, toilet.

Pets: Not allowed
Parking: Parking for 1 car.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Garden: Enclosed garden area with table and chairs and shed for secure bike storage.
Short breaks: Accepted all year round.
