Full of period character and quirks, this Victorian townhouse has got Whitby written all over it. Well-suited to an extended family stay, the bedrooms are spread across two floors to give everyone a bit more space. That said, if you’re a full group of eight, the kitchen dining set-up will feel tight. But with cosy pubs and restaurants on tap less than a ten-minute walk away, it’s easy to eat out instead. When it’s time to explore, the harbour is just moments from your doorstep. Or climb the nearby 199 steps leading up to the Church of Saint Mary – the sweeping views across the town and coast are worth the climb.

*Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you at this home.
*Free on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
*There are stairs within this home which may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility.
*One of the double beds is a zip & link, which can be split into two singles upon request. There is also a sofa bed in the first-floor bedroom that converts into a single bed. This can be made up on request to provide a more flexible sleeping setup if needed.
*Though the outdoor yard is a bonus, it does feel a little tired compared to the rest of the home.
