Nestled on the River Esk rests the quiet village of Ruswarp, a stone's throw away from the seaside town of Whitby. The streets are lined with rustic stone-built cottages homing a host of amenities including a traditional local pub and a family run butchers. The town boasts attractions including rowing boat and canoe hire on the River Esk as well as a Miniature Railway. The Esk Valley Walk passes through the town, leading to the old port of Whitby.
