The living areas in this three-storey home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV, a second-floor twin, and a single, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a rear patio with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, the beach in 1.2 miles, and River Esk in 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Chandler's View is a fabulous base for a North Yorkshire escape. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

At the mouth of the River Esk in North Yorkshire's Scarborough region sits the seaside town and port of Whitby. Perfectly positioned for visiting this beautiful region of Yorkshire, the local area has an array of activities so you can be sure to get the best out of both the countryside and the seaside. There is something for everyone in this area, from the adjacent North York Moors to its Blue Flag beaches. Among its many attractions, Whitby has a beautiful ambience with meandering streets and obscure alleys that are home to a variety of restaurants and businesses. Visit the charming harbour and lighthouse to watch the sun go down, or go whale watching or on a coastal cruise to see the wildlife up close. To immerse yourself in history, ascend the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey or go to the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, which features a historical and anthropological display about Cook himself.
