The living areas in this ground-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two kings, one with an en-suite shower, serviced by a further shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture, along with available parking. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.7 miles, a beach. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy an exciting stay in the heart of Scarborough at Apartment 1. Note: 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in the property. We just ask that you do not allow them on the furniture nor in the bedrooms.
