The property hosts two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one zip/link king-size bedroom, sleeping a total of four people. Also inside the property is a sitting room with a living flame gas fire, a kitchen/diner, and one bathroom with a bath with an electric shower over, WC, and hand basin.The property has off road parking. Also included is a large private enclosed front garden area. Pine Cottage is a relaxing getaway in this superb, tranquil region of North Yorkshire.

The village of Snainton is located at the foot of the North York Moors, and is an ideal base to discover the popular coastal resorts of Scarborough, Filey and Whitby. The village offers two pubs serving food, a riding centre and a 9 hole golf course. The village is ideal for enjoying walking and cycling routes amongst the countryside. Within close proximity is Scampston Walled Garden, with its renowned restaurant and serene gardens, Dalby Forest, with its "Go Ape" facility, mountain biking and great walking opportunities, good walking, and the popular lively seaside town of Scarborough, which boasts sandy beaches and a wide range of family attractions
