We stayed this week and couldn’t find fault with anything. The cottage we easy to find and located 10 mins from Filey with everything you could possible need. Our party of four dogs and four adults could easily fit and we were made very welcome
We will definitely stay again if we could just find a gap in the bookings

Staying in this delightful cottage was the icing on the cake. We stayed here with our Daughter, Son in Law, and Mylie their Spaniel. As with all cottages we stay in, we alway take a bundle of throws, as no matter how careful you are, young dogs can be defiant and jump on furniture when you are not looking. When we first arrived we entered a cottage that was so warm and cosy. The whole place was immaculate with a pretty Christmas Tree decorated in the corner. There was a welcome gift and a supply of coffee sugar etc. We found plenty of cooking utensils etc, pots for both inside and out. Outside, was a back garden looking over a field with views in the distance. Nobody looks over you which for me is a bonus. Of course the hot tub went down well and I have been told was of very good quality. I left that to my husband and daughter not wanting to brave the winter chill. We just loved it. If I had to say of any Recommendations, it would be bring tea towels and maybe a couple of hand towels. It’s a personal thing but I like clean tea towels daily. Would I recommend this cottage and the helpful, but non intrusive owners? Without any doubt whatsoever. A perfect Choice.

We are regular users of property such as this and i can honestly say this is the best we have ever visited. The layout and and specification are second to none and the location provides solitude whilst giving access to Coastal resorts at Filey, Scarborough and (a little further) Bridlington. The nearest property is about 1/4 mile away so no problem if you have dogs and they bark occasionally. The hot tub is spacious and well maintained and the courtyard and rear patio/garden provide plenty of outdoor space. The owners were very welcoming yet unobtrusive. Highly recommended, 5 star, accommodation.

Owl View exceeded expectations.
A modern barn conversion, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long break.
Located in rural countryside but close to beautiful coastal areas to explore.
Martin was fantastic from us calling to find out where the key box was, sorting out a broken glass outside (sorry) and chatting away about the property and things to do in the area.
Amazing host!
We will definitely be back.

Owl View exceeded our expectations. The conversion of this old barn has been brilliantly executed. The high quality of the interior furnishing and decoration was appreciated by my wife and myself.
We had hoped for a quiet retreat, and certainly this is what we got. We enjoyed the peaceful location well away from any other buildings.
The weather was kind and our tans were topped up sunning ourselves at the cottage. The hot tub provided excellent relaxation.
The location close to Filey (an elegant lovely resort) and Scarborough is excellent.
We have already booked for another visit in 2022.
