Set over three floors, the property hosts two bedrooms: one double and one second-floor king-size with day bed, sleeping a total of five guests with a family bathroom. Downstairs provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. 2 Primrose Villas is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the heart of the North York Moors. Kirkbymoorside is a small market town and civil parish resting in the Ryedale district of North Yorkshire. Hosting a selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities. Discover plenty of walking, hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails within easy reach, boasting stunning views of the moors. Further afield is the bustling seaside town of Whitby, rich with historical attractions such as Whitby Abbey, 199 steps and the Captain Cook Museum.

NOTE: A starter pack of logs/kindling is provided for the woodburner, but any additional wood would need to be purchased by the guest - there is information in the property for local suppliers.
