*This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift – it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
*The garden is overlooked by neighbouring properties, so if you want complete privacy you may want to look elsewhere
*The fireplace in the main bedroom is not operational

*Starter toiletries are provided in this home however you will want to stock up on other essentials such as coffee/tea - these are not provided.
