Holiday Rental Description

Nestled between Brighton and Hove, this apartment makes it easy to enjoy the East Sussex coastline. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the beach, and thirty to Brighton Palace Pier. Shops, pubs, and eateries are also within easy reach. Back home, you can rest weary feet in the eclectic living room. The boho decor won't suit everyone, but we think it fits in with the area's artsy vibe. Both bedrooms are a little snug, though the copper bath is a real highlight. For a laid-back stay in a vibrant area, this will do nicely.

Home truths:
*The sofa can convert into a bed upon request, increasing the occupancy to five adults or four adults and two children. Speak to our team if you're interested in using the sofa bed.
*Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you upon request.
*Both beds are pushed against the wall, so they're only accessible from one side. The second bedroom has a small double – for maximum comfort, we think it's a better fit for one adult.
*The mismatched dining chairs and eclectic decor won't suit everyone.
