A thirty-minute walk from The Lanes and Brighton Pier, this first-floor pad makes it easy to explore Brighton. It's set in Round Hill, known for its 1800s architecture and award-winning pubs. Though the location is the biggest highlight, we think the apartment itself is a practical option for fuss-free visitors. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom, a small kitchen, and a snug living room with a sofa bed for the third guest. There's also a sunny (albeit slightly tired) terrace. Just note that there isn't a lift in the building, making it a better fit for those who don't mind stairs.
Home truths: *At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. However, given the size of the space, we think this apartment is best for two guests.
*This home requires stairs. There are nine steps to the building's front door, plus another fourteen steps to the apartment on the first floor.
*The communal areas of this building, including the staircase, might appear a little worn and dated in parts. The outdoor terrace also looks a little tired and isn't the most comfortable. We think it could be spruced up.
*For group bookings, all guests must be at least 25 years old.
*Parking is tricky in Brighton and this home doesn’t have a designated space. We suggest exploring on foot or using public transport to get around, rather than driving.
