This ultra-luxurious family home sits in the seaside city of Hove, a ten-minute stroll from the beach. Following the promenade, you’ll be at Brighton’s i360 lookout in twenty minutes on foot. Or, drive to the centre of Brighton in five minutes.

The home itself is in the style of a Victorian villa, with symmetrical bay windows flooding the place with light inside. There’s a bench up on the balcony, overlooking the garden for a quiet moment. The garden itself faces south, so there’s plenty of sunlight in the evening. Perfect if you’re planning to take dinner on the terrace, or sit on the swing seat with something bubbly.

Stepping into the living room is like crossing the threshold into a 19th-century drawing room with its grand piano, sparkling chandelier and carriage clock above the mantle. A wood-burning stove can crackle away in the evening for a bit of atmosphere and floor-to-ceiling bay windows let the sunshine stream in. Double doors lead to the kitchen, where there’s dining for the whole group and an additional seating area around a big TV. Upstairs, bedrooms are super plush and spacious.
