The South West Coastal Way is a popular year-round destination, and the nearby hamlets and villages are home to a variety of country inns and eateries. Along with Padstow and Port Isaac for fine dining, Bossiney, Trebarwith, and Tregardock beaches for surfing and the fascinating tiny worlds of the rock pools, as well as Tintagel, Boscastle, Polzeath and the myriad of other coastal villages to enjoy, Cornwall has Wadebridge for a great day out shopping and the Camel Trail for biking and walking. It also has Launceston, the old capital of Cornwall, with its 13th-century castle.
