Outside there is designated parking for one car, a rear patio with furniture and view of flowing river and shared access to on-site tennis court on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within 3.4 miles there is a shop and 2.3 miles a pub. One medium or two small dogs welcome at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. Camelford, a historic market town close to Cornwall's north coast, is a great base from which to discover Bodmin Moor's wild country as well as the region's many cliffs, hidden coves, fishing villages, and surfing beaches. This historic market town is stocked with stores selling delicious regional foods. There are plenty of great places to eat and stay in the small towns that dot the South West Coastal Path. With Wadebridge's great shopping and the Camel Trail's biking and walking, Launceston's 13th-century castle, Camelford's best fish and chips, Padstow and Port Isaac's fine dining, Bossiney, Trebarwith, and Tregardock beaches for surfing and the fascinating tiny worlds of the rock pools, Tintagel, Boscastle, Polzeath, and the plethora of other coastal villages to explore. Tintagel is home to a magnificent castle, Merlin's Cave, the Glebe Cliffs and Tintagel Old Post Office, and the King Arthur's Arms Inn, all of which are maintained by the National Trust. Countless exciting daytrip options are within convenient driving distance from where you are right now.
