We absolutely loved our stay at Culdrose Manor. It's in a great spot close to the Lizard Peninsula and Penzance and all the beautiful beaches along the way. We also enjoyed the free passes to Flambards Theme Park!
Correspondence from David was friendly and timely - we were given the door code in good time and when we made an enquiry he responded immediately. Upon our arrival the house was spotless, much credit to Daiga, Normund and David, thank you. And we really appreciated the goodies left out for our arrival.
We really felt at home in the Manor, and even when some of our party had to leave early due to work commitments it was still homely and cosy despite the size of the place.
You can see this from the photographs but we can confirm that the rooms are sumptuous and plentiful. In addition to the spacious bedrooms there is a comfortable lounge large enough for the whole party of 10, a dining room with seating for the whole party plus a few extra chairs, outside dining area with further seating for the whole party, a TV room that proved invaluable when the kids wanted to play games or the adults wanted respite from the tennis/football, AND a games room/bar area. The kitchen was large enough to for half the party to lounge around in pjs in the morning and included all the necessary cooking facilities, kitchen utensils and tableware, a large fridge-freezer, 2 dishwashers, all cosily warmed by the Aga. In case this wasn't enough there are two large entrance hallways with seating, a spacious hallway area outside the family rooms, beautifully kept flowerbeds at the back of the house surrounding sufficient parking for at least 6 cars, and an enormous and equally beautifully kept front garden including barbecue, dining and table-tennis.
We will definitely return here should the occasion arise.

Stayed here for a week as a group of 10 with small children, we absolutely loved our stay. The children loved the garden and all the space inside the house. The house itself is beautifully presented throughout with everything finished to high standards, the bedrooms are spacious and most are ensuite and well equipped, the beds were so comfortable and all the bathrooms were really clean and lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped and I don't think there was anything we couldn't find! The bar is just like a real bar, we really enjoyed time here in the evenings when the little ones had gone to bed, playing darts and the eldest child enjoyed being barman too! We made good use of the living and cinema rooms too, we barely used the dining room as it was easier to have meals in the kitchen or outside but it was a lovely room too. The patio area was lovely and we enjoyed dining outside, games and drinks most nights. The garden is huge and beautiful, perfect space for a run around. The only downside of the garden is the enormous steps up to the lawn, not ideal for 2 year old little legs but eventually mastered it. Culdrose manor is in a lovely peaceful area but so close to everything and it's great for plane spotting, kids loved it. Would definitely stay again, can't fault anything.

We stayed as a family 'bubble' of 11 during August, and there was lots of room for us all, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It was also lovely to have a welcome pack waiting for us after our long journey.
All our boys particularly enjoyed using the cinema room (during the unpredictable British weather!) Whilst we used the spacious living room. Unfortunately we didn't really get chance to use the garden to its full potential.
The house has recently been renovated I believe, and everything has been completed to high standards; the beds are really comfy, with lovely linen, the towels soft, and the kitchen utensils which we used were all excellent. The location is very private, though within a 25 minute walk into the centre of Helston.
The only thing I would say, and it's not a criticism at all, but more an idea for the owners for future guests, due to it being a new listing, is that it would be useful to have a small fridge in the bar. We didn't really use this room to its full potential due to this. And possibly, either a lamp or a duo switch by the bed to turn off the lights whilst in bed
