No. 2 The Chapel is a spacious granite house for four people forming part of a converted Methodist chapel in the hamlet of Rinsey. Surrounded by scenic countryside and close to the South West Coast Path and picture-postcard Rinsey Cove, with its restored engine house at the top of the cliffs, No 2 The Chapel is well located for enjoying the Lizard Peninsula and the west coast of Cornwall. Outside there is a pretty patio with a raised area benefitting from a picnic bench, and also a grassy area with several trees.
The spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been well designed to keep the lounge separate to the kitchen/diner and therefore creating definite eating and relaxing spaces. The living room area has a cosy woodburner for cooler evenings, a flatscreen television and stereo system. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with sea views, a twin bedded room and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
If you are part of a larger group, No. 2 The Chapel can be booked along with No. 1 and if you book both properties for the same week, there is a discount (call to arrange). Nearby, Rinsey Cove is well worth walking down to – it’s an idyllic unspoilt tidal beach and if you walk the coastal path for 20 minutes to the west you will reach Praa Sands.
