Area Porth is a Newquay suburb coastal village. The village has a shop, cafes, restaurants, and a bar on the sandy beach, and the South West Coast Path is nearby. The popular resort of Newquay, with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo, and aquarium, is a short walk away. Fistral Beach and surf centre are 3 miles west of Porth, while Lusty Glaze Beach is in the hamlet. Porth is a good base for visiting Padstow, Bodmin Moor, Truro, Falmouth, and the Eden Project.
