A gorgeous coastline with towering cliffs, secret coves, and additional beaches is traversed in both directions by the South West Coast Path, a popular route for enthusiastic walkers. In addition, Truro, with its museums, church, restaurants, and cobblestone streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be accessed in a short drive. Padstow, a charming fishing community and harbour, is only 14 miles away. A short train ride will take you to picturesque St. Ives and the Tate St. Ives gallery. Newquay is the ideal travelling base because nothing in Cornwall is far away.
