The Nook consists of an open-plan living space with an oven, plug-in countertop hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, breakfast bar seating two, Smart TV with Terrestrial, Netflix and Disney Plus and an electric flame-effect fire. The bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, there is a shared enclosed rear garden with decking, lawn, furniture, hot tub, barbecue, private front garden with gravel and furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Three well-behaved pets welcome (not to be left unattended outside). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub and beach 0.2 miles. Enjoy a memorable escape to Cornwall at The Nook. Note: No children allowed. Note: The chalet is compact but comfortable for two adults and may not be an ideal size for large dogs. Note: The garden is a communal area but it’s shared with only one other 1 bedroomed chalet, so crossover is rare and there’s plenty of space.

Area
Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
