Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed, rear garden with lawn and patio. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 1.1 miles a pub and 1.6 miles a beach. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size, 1 x single bed with trundle underneath that can either be two singles or put together for a super-king size as per request to either Sykes or the Owner. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin, WC, washing machine and freezer. Kitchen. Sitting room with electric fire. Conservatory/dining room.

Area
This picturesque settlement may be found inland, far from the hustle and bustle of the north Cornwall coast. In addition to its 14th-century church, the town of Cubert is home to a variety of great tourist establishments, including a grocery store/Post Office, a fish and chip shop, a gastropub, and a café. Some of Cornwall's most spectacular sights are within easy driving distance. Cubert is located on the coast between the stunning surfing paradise of Newquay and the picture-perfect seaside city of Perranporth; both are fantastic day-trip options thanks to the variety of attractions and activities available in each, as well as their unique personalities. Go inland to the magnificent city of Truro, which is home to a wide variety of top-notch entertainment options.
